Hi Dave, I can't speak to the module you ordered, but I received on 28 October the KPA3A 100 watt upgrade I had ordered back in spring 2021. The effort to ship upgrades is definitely a 'live effort,' and the Shipping Status updates on the Elecraft web page accurately reflected the status of the module I ordered.
