Mike, I've been asking the same for about a month now but Eric hasn't answered. Some other Elecraft staff have told me privately that work to fill those orders continues but Eric is the project manager and all updates come from him or not at all. I'm waiting on kits that Eric posted would be shipping by the end of March but so far I haven't received them or any messages about them.
