Kevin,
Log in to your groups.io account, and check your 'bounces' page. If it
appears that recent emails from the KX list were bouncing excessively,
groups.io will turn off the delivery (without warning, I might add).
You can turn it back on, but if your email provider has been bouncing
emails from the KX list, falsely classifying them as SPAM, it will
likely occur again and again.
I had this issue with my FORMER email provider (GoDaddy) and trying to
convince them to stop using a crowd-sourced SPAM classification service
with no oversight on their part fell on deaf ears. When GoDaddy
announced they were moving to Microsoft Exchange server (famous for bugs
and security issues), that was the last straw.
I've now been using qth.com as my email provider, and am completely
satisfied with their service.
Of course, YMMV.
