Bill, You need to do a TX calibration and see if that solves the problem. The first thing you should do when you encounter varying power output is do a TX calibration. The second thing to check for on digital modes is the audio levels to make sure they have not changed. They may have been changed inadvertently. Even if you say to yourself "I haven't changed a thing" check it anyway. Both of these have solved these kinds of problems for me in the past.
