Good Evening,

Morning rain made it hard to get out of bed.  Gray skies with rhythmic sound of the rain were soothing.  After lunch the skies cleared and the temperature rose.  I walked onto the deck to a warm, moist day.  There was a 20 mph wind from the west as I hiked into a valley.  Then came a lull, when I became an ever more rapidly moving blood donor.  Seems the late snowfall had not interrupted the biting fly hatch at all.

The sun has been quite active spewing ions in all directions. Lots of near misses, but no direct hits yet.  That may well happen soon with the spate of new sunspots, many with very active centers.  I remember forecasts of a weak cycle.  This may not be the case.  However, we can test propagation again tomorrow.

In three weeks I will have been running these two nets for twenty years.  It only seems like a long time when I step back and think about it.  All those dits :)
