If you emailed later on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, their response can be delayed on Mondays as they work their way through the weekend backlog. Also our CS team was hit hard by the seasonal flu (-not- the Corona virus..) the last two weeks and was down to 50% staffing on a number of days.
