Bret, If you are running with external amplifiers or external preamps that use relays for T/R switching, then you need to be concerned. For the K3/K3S itself, no problem. The switching is all electronic and very fast. That is true for the entire K-Line. 73, Don W3FPR On 7/3/2017 8:39 AM, MaverickNH wrote: > As in WSJT-X 1.70 online help: "Set Tx delay to a number larger than the > default 0.2 s to create a larger delay between execution of a command to > enable PTT and onset of Tx audio. > > For the health of your T/R relays and external preamplifier, we strongly > recommend using a hardware sequencer and testing to make sure that > sequencing is correct." > ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com
