Several years ago I tried to find who manufactured them for Heath
through some of the people I knew (retired) from the Heathkit company in
Benton Harbor. It led to a dead-end . . .
The idea was to suggest the "red nut starter" tool to the folks @
Elecraft. It never happened either.
During the assembly of the K3 and KX3 I did make use of the ones I yet have.
