Roger:

Is it possible that you don't have the FCTR probe plugged into TP2? That'll do it!

When using the Spectrogram CW Filter adjustment system described by N0SS, I am having trouble getting my K2 to remember my BFO adjustment. For example, my FIL3 which I set to 400 Hz is not centered on my 650 Hz marker. If I tap Band-, I get "bf3 074". I move the BFO to center the filer and get "bf3 076". Everything looks is centered like I want. BUT when I tap XFil, to save this new setting and move to FIL4, my K2 does not enter my new setting for FIL3 into memory. When I review the four filter settings, FIL3 still appears to be too low and if I go through the CAL FIL sequence again, I get the old BFO setting of "bf3 074". What am I missing here? And how do I get the K2 to save my adjustment? Don's instructions are pretty clear, but they are not working for me.
