I'm trying to set up my new KX3 to run JT-65. I can't figure out how to
switch the KX3's meter over to the CMP/ALC display to set my audio level.
The manual is vague on this. It says the display switches to CMP/ALC
when in voice modes. Not in DATA A, and I switched to SSB and not there
either. It still displays SWR/RF in receive and transmit. All the
manual says in the DATA A and AFSK A section is to adjust the mic gain
for 4 to 5 bars of ALC indication. I can't until I can switch the meter
display over.
Any help would be appreciated.
