A question regarding the DOCXO, double ovenized crystal oscillator to Chuck, W7CS. I'm completely new to this, but after having looked at a few in ebay, I see that they have an input for frequency control.
Do you use them as is, or do you calibrate them by setting the control voltage? And how much variation in frequency is typical to achieve with this control voltage, ie how much off frequency can they be if unadjusted?
