Wayne, Yes, you should be looking for another power supply - with a 13.2 volt supply, you will not charge the battery adequately and its life will be shortened.
There is another way to keep the battery charged - use a SmartCharger, but that requires that you provide a direct connection to the battery. If you are going ot purchase a new supply, you may want to consider this as an alternative.
