Thanks Tom

I already built control and front panal board using crystal 400.

Is 370 flux no clean or usual Rosin core?

Multicore web site Loctite is quite useless for older tech info.

thanks for your help.

The Loctite web site is useless for practically anything. However, a Google search turned up the following site, which mentions Multicore 370 as being an activated rosin core flux.

FWIW, I built my K2 with Multicore 63/37 type X39C, which was lobeled as 'no-clean' but I have been unable to find any definitive data for this, although it behaved similar to other mildly-activated fluxes. It didn't seem to be any more difficult to solder than with more active flux, although there was little residue, as expected.
