Okay, I believe the government calls it pilot error. In this case I just call it my stupidity. I will share this with everyone here just in case they come across someone sharing this problem. Ok, here it is, after installing the transformer into the amp. I connected everything and it did not work. What I found was when I pushed one of the transformer molex plugs together, it pushed out one side of one pin just enough to not make contact. HV was fine, but no relays or out put power. Simple fix, push mole pin in and all works great. Thanks for all the suggestions, so if anyone else has symptoms like mine have them check the transformer molex plugs.
