I don't seem to find any way to set upper cut and lower cut values via a
macro. The programmer's manual doesn't seem to have mnemonics to do so
Is it even possible? I know one can set the bandwidth and shift. Is
that what we're supposed to do? I'd rather set the individual "cut"
values independently.
