I also have the KXPD3 and have the same observations. I also ordered the Begali Adventure this weekend but it is backordered. They should be available again in a couple of weeks. Look forward to my next Begali to add to my Stealth and Sculpture collection!

To me the Begali has much better ergonomics than the Elecraft paddle. When attached it angles up not pointing down and can be swiveled to any angle you desire. When I used the KXPD3 I had to prop up the KX3 so my fingers were not hitting the table, not so with the Begali. As to feel of the key.........It's a BEGALI!
