Hi Ron I seem to recall that I had a similar sort of problem when I first connected my KPA500. I think it was either that I had plugged in the cable from the K3 into the wrong socket on the back of the KPA500 - there are two- and/or I had not enabled the KPA500 in the K3 menu.
