Any terminal program should do, like Telix, if you have a standard serial port (I don't think there's any USB serial dongle drivers for DOS). Read the programmer's manual for the commands. You probably want to enable Local Echo in Telix.
I've written a C program that I use in Linux for a few K3/KX3 jobs, I could probably get it to compile for DOS if you really need it, it can do things like set the frequency and mode and read out the VFO, tell me what you want to do and I'll let you know if I can help. 73, Thomas M0TRN On 15 September 2012 15:55, K7JLTextra <[email protected]> wrote: > I need a DOS communication program for my HP-100 that works with a KX3. > Any ideas? > > John Hendricks > Sent from my iPod > ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
