This was solved quickly by changing the frequency range of my NAP3 software to include the upper range of the 2m band.
Unfortunately I was consumed by honey do's yesterday so I spent minimal time behind the K3. Of course I had more free time with the radio on Saturday but the band was more or less dead out here in So Cal during that time. Thus why it is called the magic band (I also call it the Retirement band, hihi, because you need to be retired to really enjoy all the openings especially here out in the western US). This reflector is awesome and certainly very solution oriented. I had the issue resolved in a matter of minutes.
