I have a copy of the preliminary instructions (rev XD, May 2,2012) that was sent to my By Don, W3FPR before he went on vacation. This list does not support attachments, so I cannot "publish it to the discussion list".
I am sending a copy to John. I am sure an updated version will be available for download soon. However, if anyone else would like to review a preliminary version, I'd be glad to send a copy off-list.
