I'm trying to use the K24U software to operate my K2/100 and having problems getting connected. Im using an older DELL Inspiron/5100 w/XP Pro. When I click Connect... I get a window that sez "K2 communication Link Has Been Reset." I click OK.... but get no joy. When I try to choose a different com port I get the same window and when I click OK .. another window pops up that sez "Invalid Procedure Call or Argument" and then I have to reboot. If you cant tell... Im not computer literate. Anyway... any suggestions that would be helpful are appreciated.
