Hi, Ed. Wayne mentioned yesterday (on the KX3 Yahoo Group) that the 2M module for the KX3 is planned to use a 6M IF. This means there will be no LO switching, as the base rig will tune 50-54 MHz to cover 144-148 on 2M. They hope to have a prototype ready for trial soon, possibly around the end of January '12.
