We're gearing-up here in Huntsville, Alabama, for our Hamfest on the August
20th and 21st. It's one of the best Hamfests in the country, one not to miss if
you can make the trek.
We're looking for volunteers to help us staff the Elecraft Booth.
Also, an intrepid cadre of QRPers are conducting a campout in Monte Sano State
Park, just a few miles from the Hamfest site. Eric--WA6HHQ is planning to
attend and serve as the judge for the "Flying High with QRP" contest (follows
the Southern Barbeque). We will also be cranking-out Q's as a PoTA
(Parks-on-the-Air) USAL001 activation.
