Thanks to all those who replied to my K2 query regarding low power output on
first key-down stroke (but ok thereafter) and keying stuck 'on'.
The first seems to be a known ALC feature (but I can't recall seeing it
mentioned in the manual...) and the second just happened once (and never
happened before) and cleared with a mode change. However I will change the mono
plug to stereo and just use the tip as suggested.

(PS: What ever has happened to the format of the digest version of the email
list? It used to start with a list of numbered subjects so you could quickly
find what you wanted. Now it's just a bundled list!)
