Turn off the utility program. Un plug the power from the P3, disconnect the RS232 cable from the P3 and place it in the K3 directly. If that doesn't work, go to your Device manager in the control pannel. Open ports, and reconfigure the Com Port your using to run at 38.4K baud rate.. That WILL work. Hope this helps.
