No ALC connection is required between the K3 and the FL-2100B. The power output on the K3 is more than stable enough for the 2100B. And Elecraft discourages the use of ALC. I ran this setup for over a year with no ALC related problems.
However, you will need an interface to key the amp from the K3 as the amp keying voltage is not compatible with the K3. I used a simple 12V reed relay powered from the K3 12V RCA jack.
