I'm having an issue where my Control/QSY encoder seems bad. When I turn it
fast I'm finding that my marker is jumping the opposite direction than I'm
turning it, or it slows and speeds up, or all of the mentioned.
Is this a new bug, or is this looking like I already have a bad encoder knob???
