Is there a reader of this Reflector in New Zealand who would like to
purchase a built K2 (serial # 4325) or perhaps know of someone who would
like to buy rather than build.
I have one here that is spare to my requirements, that wasn't built by me,
but I did "Elmer" the build and can vouch for the fact it is very nicely
built by a constructor who is familiar with soldering techniques, and
electro-static precautions.
It is the basic K2 with the 160m, and SSB modules installed. The SSB filter
is set for a bandwidth of 2.4khz.
I will part with it by Courier to anywhere in NZ at my expense, for the cost
price as landed here at the "then" exchange rate of 71c NZ/USD.
A regulated 5 amp supply can be included at no charge, if required..
This radio is in perfect working order and the case is unmarked. I will give
a full 1 year warranty on workmanship, and even cover the unlikely failure
of an Elecraft component for the same period. All respective Manuals
included in the sale.
