I don't remember what Gary Surrency at Elecraft said about the problems that were found on 80m that required these components. You could email him directly. I just went ahead and installed them in my early K1 (which did NOT have pads for C78 or holes for RFC8) when I built a board with 80m. >Can anyone tell me the value of C78 and RFC8?
