ECN/1 was run on 14050 kHz this evening amidst a number of contesters from all over the place. Other than trying to pick the wheat from the chaff I was troubled by a hot radio shack and sticky skin. Kept my sending to a less than stellar performance :( But none the less there were a few folks willing to put up with me. Starting with Tom giving me the report that 14050 was as good as it was going to get I shoe horned in and commenced calling CQ ECN. Our ND connection, W0CZ, came along and may be waiting for the Elecraft WAS folks willing to attempt contact on ECN/2 later today.
