Good Evening Folks,
The airshow in Hillsboro is underway and the Blue Angels are zipping by
our house. Tomorrow we have more of the same. Not like Oshkosh but it's
ours.
The bands have been very nice this week and my K2 is working on 20 again.
I went from 3 watts out to over 100 simply by turning the trimmer caps in
the 20/30 band pass filter and repeaking. Amazing what a bit of humidity
can do. The rig was built in Albuquerque but is now living in Oregon. We
had a bout of high humidity and a week or so later I lost 20 meters. Both
send and receive strength were effected. I am glad it was so easy and
cheap to fix.
The Elecraft CW Net will be held tomorrow:

Monday 0200z (Sunday 7pm PDT) 7045 kHz
