Also please let us know if there is any alternative way to maintain the operating costs (t-shirts, CDs, logistics, printing handouts, 4 color certificates) in a better way. We are open to any new idea. One of reasons to put a registration fee is to limit the rush. We had a capacity for 22 seats and we had a <= 20 waiting lists. We are committed to them to arrange the same workshop again (everyone is doing job or in study and you know there are lots of troubles). :( Thanks for your interest.
