thank you for answer, So why whithin another sip client software like today SFLphone or on WIndows within Xlite, i do'nt have this problem ?? Codecs could be the problem ...it's possible. i try to look for this way.

Does not a notification appear when you receive a call?! Maybe there is an icon in system tray for that. Anyway, open the call window before the call, and you will be able to answer the call using the icons in the call window. Does this workaround work? I have the log 4 2 if someone would to see it .
