I updated Fedora 17, then pulled the new ekiga from updates-testing. Now outgoing audio alternates between 16.0 and 0.0. Normally, it is a steady 8.0. The other side can't hear.

It has the same problem! So I am back to the new 4.0.1, and have to slog through what has changed. Perhaps the kernel upgrade?
