15min is a long long time comparing to 3s :(
If someone wants to terminate program immediately then should use signals.
Its pretty annoying to call someone that is doing shopping and not
home from 15min.
The default on ekiga.net is 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes, you have not
renewed your presence publication, you are offline.
Also, as UDP is used, if the packet is lost, you becomes offline :o)
There are a few areas where UDP should be replaced by TCP, we will think
about a bit later.
