I just know openMcu and i'll try to set it soon.

Does that mean that Ekiga is able to show the different participants if
more than 2 ?

Yes, you have to use a MCU.

I do not know any Open Source MCU that easily works out of the box, but
there are many commercial ones sold by Polycom and other brands.
