Yes, but Ian asked about Ubuntu. Neither Ubuntu nor debian packages are yet at http://www.ekiga.org/?rub=5 since we moved to 2.0.11. It's a pity that the links to 2.0.10 were not left for these distributions until the new packages arrive. The snapshots at http://snapshots.seconix.com/debian/pool/main/e/ekiga/ didn't work for me on debian etch.
