Following up my own suggestion, I downloaded the Packages file manually and checked that it has an ekiga 2.0.9-0.etch0 entry. One thing I did notice was that Packages was gzipped which slightly surprised me. I though that should be Packages.gz, but maybe that is normal. Is it working for other people?
