The problem is simple:
1) you are not registered to ekiga.net
2) you are calling 500 instead of [EMAIL PROTECTED], so Ekiga doesn't know
where to send PDU

Notice that if you were registered to ekiga.net, it would be sent by
default to ekiga.net
