Hi, You can use Ekiga to place a 'person to person' call if you know the IP address of the remote machine. Just enter the IP rather than a SIP URI.
An alternative would be to set up a localised SIP server (for just the people in your office). This can be done quite easy with an old PC and Trixbox (formally 'Asterisk at Home').
