pelo que eu entendi abaixo vc vai querer usar MySQL através de ODBC ?
(espero que não)...
a mensagem "PHP Warning: PHP Startup: mssql: Unable to initialize module
Module" indica que vc não tem (ou tem mas está com problemas) o módulo
php_mysql...
certifique-se que vc está carregando esta extensão no seu php.ini.
agora, se eu fosse vc, primeiro resolveria todas as "warnings" que vc está
recebendo na página de verificação... mesmo que você não vá usar a extensão,
instale-a... não custa nada e ocupa pouquíssimo espaço no hd.
quando vc tiver resolvido todas as warnings, se tiver mais alguma mensagem
de erro posta aqui...
