Bem eu tenho o egroupware num windows 2000 rodando, mas com apache e php, eu testei no IIS e ficou muuuuito lento. Eu perfiro sempre tê-lo num servidor linux, no debian é um tapa a instalação. Mas enfim, como o colega disse, verifique se tem os módulos que ele tá dando os erros e warnings e se tiver habilite-os no seu php.ini.
