Your comments and questions are welcome on the document. We are seeing the need for a second meeting, and as you will see in the document, this is time sensitive as a meeting would be preferable before september 8. I would therefore like to propose a meeting for Tuesday, september 6. I realize this is short notice, and that it would be preferable that we have more participants than we had today. If that day is not possible for you, please let us know.
