Sounds more like a problem with dhcp configuration, you might have an interface listed in /etc/default/dhcp3-server that's still set to your old one. Otherwise, check /etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf (if you installed using ltsp-server) or /etc/ltsp/dhcpd.conf (with ltsp-server-standalone).
