Since TCM uses a locally installed x11vnc to display client screens, I wonder if installing ITALC in the client chroot would work? Each client should have it's own IP address. For me browsing clients by logged in student or by lab would be my choice of options. It looks like if you specified static IP assignments you could set up classroom groups in ITALC based off of IP address, but I don't see a feature to browse by student. Either way it would give me something to use for the start of the school year. Hopefully Peter Savage will get back to me with some info on troubleshooting TCM connections so we can help him track down the current problems. I really like the features that TCM should have and maybe with the right guidance there is a simple fix for the VNC features.
