Once installed (but also in the live session of the Desktop CD), you can find 'The Edubuntu Handbook' in the System > Help menu. There is also an online version available here: http://doc.ubuntu.com/edubuntu/handbook/C/ Please note, the online version of the Handbook is work in progress.
