Isn't edubuntu have the same support lifetime as ubuntu? Maybe it's not available because there are two ways to choose ubuntu release: -bleeding edge with normal support time; -super stable with long support time. And in both categories newest releases are recommended, and older are removed to not confuse users. That's what I'm thinking :) Damian Melniczuk
