By the way, you didn't precise if you were using Edubuntu on a workstation install or on a LTSP network. In the case of a workstation install you should have the sound from the GUI and with the command I just gave you. If you are in a LTSP environment, the sound is redirected from the server to the client using ESD and rdesktop doesn't use ESD, in that case you should try to add : "esddsp -m " in front of the command line. (esddsp can be found in the esound-clients package) Hope it'll help Stéphane -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFF/vaDjxyfqkjBhuwRAhNQAJ9s2k+zadVKie4zQ+XqjuPoi2JONACfav7a B5ADZhCcJUILipk0LMQlqaU= =wCtT -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- edubuntu-devel mailing list edubuntu-devel@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/edubuntu-devel
