It is my understanding that if you use the Ubuntu alternate installer and just 
install a very base Ubuntu system, and then "apt-get install edubuntu-desktop" 
that the effect is the same as installing Edubuntu from a CD.

Would I be better off just installing regular ubuntu and adding the extra
-edu packages?  Does this really create the exact same environment as the
edubuntu installation?
