How do I get this new ltsp-server to do something useful, like boot a terminal or two?

I have just installed Edubuntu Dapper Flight 4. After install, I have an
/opt/ltsp directory. One of the networkinterfaces has been started. But
there must be some kind of script that has not been run. Dhcpd.conf is
not built as far as I can see.
